A 2.0-l 4-cylinder drivetrain is the only source of power for 2018 Subaru XV Crosstrek. This powertrain is capable to produce 155 hp and 150 lb-ft of torque. This is an improvement over the previous edition. However, mileage is not getting any better than 33/27 mpg rating from the current version. Brand new CVT transmission is not so great. Drivers think it is slow but still smooth. Another option is 6-speed manual gearbox.

The base unit of the 2018 Subaru XV Crosstrek is going to come very soon. On the other hand, this SUV will have an additional model in Premium trim. Also, the current vehicle was available in Limited edition, but we still don’t know if new Crosstrek is going to offer special vehicle. Nevertheless, if that happens, it is coming with a lot of features and systems. Some of them better support for Apple and Android phones. A 6.5-inch display is at the center of the console of all trims. Limited edition offers 18-inch wheels and navigation. In Premium trim level we can find seats with heating and some hi-tech features as an apart of the infotainment system.

The base model of 2018 Subaru XV Crosstrek costs $23,000. Although its name is Premium, it is mid-range version. However, its features add around $1,000 to base systems. Top of the range model is Limited, and for the predecessor of 2018 Crosstrek, it cost $27,000. This trim is not available on new Tribeca.
