2018 Mitsubishi Outlander

After a recent update, we believe that 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander will continue without bigger changes. This mid-size crossover competes with plenty of amazing models for many brands, but still, has a lot to offer to attract customers. It originally came in 2001, and we have seen three generations so far. The current model is present since 2012, but it was heavily updated last year. It now comes with even more features and with some small improvements in styling. There are many great things about this crossover. First of all, it comes with company’s recognizable excellent quality. Also, it comes with plenty of equipment, already in the standard package. As we already mentioned, 2018 Outlander should come without bigger changes. We expect its arrival late in the year.

Besides excellent quality and attractive styling, there is also a long list of equipment, already in the base package. This crossover comes in four trim levels. Already base ES models come with features like 6.1-inch touchscreen, dual-zone climate control, 18-inch alloy wheels, rearview camera, voice controls, 6-speaker audio system, Bluetooth, USB etc. Next one is SE, which adds things like fog lights, 7-inch touchscreen, electronic parking brake, keyless ignition, and entry etc. The 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL will come with even more features. There are things like roof rails, automatic headlights, leather upholstery, power seats and many others. Finally, there is a GT trim, which includes a sunroof, power liftgate, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, heated steering wheel, 9-speaker premium audio system, a 360-degree camera and many other features. There are also standalone optional features like LED fog lights, parking sensors, rear-seat entertainment system etc.

When it comes to powertrain, 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander will continue with same two engines in the offer. The base engine is the familiar 2.4-liter four-cylinder unit, which comes in pair with the CVT transmission. It has a max output of 166 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque and provides average fuel economy around 27 mpg in combined drive. The optional engine is 3.0 liter V6, which has a max output of 224 horsepower and 215 pound-feet of torque. With this engine, 2018 Outlander will be good for about 23 mpg in combined drive.

The 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander will come late in the year. Base model should cost around 27.000 dollars, while best-equipped models will go around 33.000 dollars.
